Spiro

Spiro Depis is living proof that learning is a life long commitment, and that change should be embraced to enhance character and promote professional development.

Initially a product of the precursor to the TAFE system, he entered the full time mechanical engineering industry through an apprenticeship that gave him a trade certificate in Fitting and Turning.

Life’s meandering path later saw him tap into his innate entrepreneurship by taking on the management of the ground breaking family owned Beauty Therapy establishment, where he revolutionized the notion of Nail Technology.

His considerable skills were sort after by the TAFE sector where he gained formal qualifications in Training and Assessment, and his talent for imparting knowledge saw him nurture a generation of hopeful students as he headed the Nail Technology Department for some eight years.

Spiro has since come full circle by entering the emerging private provider area of the VET Sector, transferring his training skills to his original industrial trade setting, along with broadening his established personal services training activities.

– health and safety policies and procedures.

With over 23 years experience recognised at the very highest level, he can show willing students how to establish a loyal clientele for:

– a part time arrangement at home,
– full-time employment in a Nail Salon
– or a business of their own.
